Homeowner Injured By Suspects Wanting Narcotics

A homeowner was injured when a suspect hit him in the head with a gun.

The victim told police the home invasion happened around 11:15 p.m. Saturday on Vailview Drive.

Police said three suspects armed with handguns went into the victim’s home and demanded narcotics, according to the victim.

The suspects did not find narcotics, but they did reportedly hit the victim in the head with a gun.

The victim had minor injuries and was treated at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

No property was taken. The suspects left the scene in an unknown vehicle. The investigation was ongoing.
