Is it too early to talk new year's resolutions? Finding time to workout is hard! Now, there's a studio in Murfreesboro made for the busiest of schedules.

Owner Rachael Slough says the weather outside may be frightful, but the temperature inside Hotworx is downright delightful.

"Any studio you go to the heat is really intense. Here we’re at 125° but it’s infrared heat so it’s a more dry heat, it’s more comfortable. The warmth offers you muscle relaxation and helps with your strength building," she said.

Slough loves hot yoga. She went to nearby MTSU and says as her life got busier her workouts got less frequent.

Now she's the owner of a Hotworx studio and says it's built around convenience. Hotworx is open 24-7 and classes are lead by video instructors. There's even an app to let you inside the building if you feel like a workout at midnight

It's not just yoga. There's also spin and rowing. Still everything is heated and promises to make you sweat.
