HOPKINSVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — After spending days on the run, an escapee from Hopkinsville, Kentucky was taken into custody.
Officials said 22-year-old Calvin Jermaine Merritt Jr. escaped Tuesday night.
Police found Merritt at a home on Cypress Street Friday morning, and was able to catch him after a short foot pursuit.
No additional details were available.
