Juvenile Crime Task Force Releases Arrest Numbers Since Inception

In February, the Juvenile Crime Task Force with the Metro Nashville Police Department came to life.

Since its inception on February 16, the task force has charged 130 juveniles with crimes. Of those, 82 were charged with felonies, and 176 were charged with misdemeanors.

The task force has also charged 178 adults (18 years of age or older) with 100 felonies and 243 misdemeanors.

According to their latest statistics released Friday, they have confiscated 98 guns and recovered 60 stolen or carjacked vehicles.
