A cross-county pursuit came to an end in Antioch after a kidnapping suspect was taken into custody.
The incident was reported Monday when officers began chasing a suspect in a red Pontiac with a female kidnapping victim.
The chase entered the Nashville area, prompting a response from Metro officers. The suspect was later taken into custody at 1211 Bell Road in Antioch.
No one was hurt in the ordeal.
Officials have not released additional information in the case.
