A kitten was stolen from the owner of the popular Nashville business, The Cat Shoppe and Dog Store.
The 7-week-old kitten named Hawkeye was being cared for by Chris Achord, who runs the pet store. She filed a police report and has offered a $1,000 reward to anyone who can return the kitten.
Achord said she believes the theft may have been committed by someone who came into the store wanting to buy Hawkeye.
Anyone with information on the case was asked to give the store a call at 615-297-7877.
