LEBANON, Tenn. – The city of Lebanon held a ribbon cutting ceremony Tuesday to officially unveil the town square’s new look.
It’s been months in the making but the square had been turned into a roundabout.
Parking has been removed from the center of the square. The design was aimed at keeping pedestrians safe.
The project was a joint effort between the city and the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
There are new crosswalks and parking areas for downtown businesses as well.
