OVERTON CO., Tenn. (WTVF) — A Livingston man faces statutory rape charges following a TBI investigation.

TBI officials say they received a tip through the Tennessee Human Trafficking Hotline about suspicious activity at a Springfield hotel, involving Timothy Duke, 44, and a juvenile.

Duke was taken into custody after a Robertson County grand jury indicted him on two counts of Aggravated Statutory Rape.

He was booked into Robertson County Jail on $25,000 bond.
