Nashville-based Mythos Pedals creates guitar pedals and effects year-round, but this Halloween season, Zach Broyles of Mythos Pedals is having a little fun.
On Friday Mythos Pedals announced the release of the "Positron Collider" fuzz, a limited edition release just in time for Halloween.
Broyles started the business in 2010 and he and his wife create the pedals themselves.
Their new Halloween-themed pedal is a homage to the 80's "Ghostbusters" film. The Mythos site says it is inspired by the classic “Proton Pack” and “Ghost Trap” props from the movie.
It's a limited time pedal and available through their website, and you can see a demo of the guitar pedal on Mythos' YouTube page.
Mythos Pedals also announced a "Nashville Hot Chicken" guitar pedal this week that is available exclusively through Carter Vintage Guitars.
