One man has been taken into custody after a shooting at Heritage Park.
Officials with the Clarksville Police Department said they took 19-year-old Trazuaghn Smith into custody for the shooting that took place around 4:20 p.m. Thursday.
Detectives said they had been searching for two men in relation to the shooting. Smith had a warrant out for charges of five counts of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, and vandalism.
Authorities said they were still searching for 19-year-old Davayon N. Head. They added he had an active felony warrant on a charge of evading arrest.
Officials said Head’s warrant was not related to the Heritage Park shooting, and added he was only a person of interest in that case.
The investigation was ongoing.
