Police in Columbia said a missing, runaway teen was found safe after being reported missing.
Authorities said 16-year-old Tracy Elizabeth Hallinan was last seen Thursday when she left her home and got into a tan vehicle that had parked across the street.
Hallinan was wearing black yoga pants, a black tank top, and colorful shoes.
Officials described Hallinan as a white female with brown hair and brown eyes, standing around 5’4’’ tall and weighing approximately 165 pounds.
