Two suspects have been arrested in connection with an overnight crime spree in Nashville.
Officials with Metro Nashville Police said Christian Ortega and Adaly Alvarado have been accused of committing the crimes within 40 minutes.
The crime spree began around midnight Wednesday at a gas station on Murfreesboro Pike. Police said they then tried to rob someone else less than 30 minutes later.
From there, they allegedly headed to a store on Harding Place, where police said they got away with cigarettes and cash.
No one was hurt.
Ortega and Alvarado were later pulled over during a traffic stop. Police said evidence linking the men to the crimes was found inside the vehicle.
Ortega was charged with five counts of aggravated robbery with deadly weapon. Alvarado was facing four counts of aggravated robbery with deadly weapon.
