Two men were wanted by police after robbing a man they knew.
According to those with the Metro Nashville Police Department, the incident happened around 1 a.m. Sunday at a home in the 1500 block of Jones Avenue.
Two black males allegedly showed up at the home of someone they knew and knocked on the door.
The victim let them in, which was when they robbed him and shot him at least once.
Police said the victim was taken to Skyline Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
The suspect got away with cash. Officials said the victim was being cooperative.
Authorities had not formally identified the suspects. No further details were available.
