NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Officials said 435 dogs were rescued from what they described as "unsafe" conditions in a county in Georgia.
Friday, 23 of those pups were brought to Nashville where they’re safe.
Authorities said 21 adult dogs and two puppies arrived at the Nashville Humane Association.
While there, they will get the medical attention they need before they find their forever home.
The other dogs were on their way to Virginia and North Carolina.
