Armed Man Wanted In Waffle House Robbery

Detectives have been working to identify a gunman who robbed a local Waffle House.

Authorities said the incident happened around 4:15 a.m. July 7 at the Waffle House in the 4300 block of Sidco Drive.

According to reports, the man went into the restaurant, ordered chocolate milk, and went to the bathroom.

When he came out to pay his bill, he allegedly pulled out a handgun, took cash from the register, and fled.

Officials said he left the scene in a dark-colored Mitsubishi sedan.

The gunman has been described as a white man in his mid-20’s, standing around 6’ and weighing approximately 180 pounds.

Authorities said he was wearing blue exercise pants with stripes, a black T-shirt, and a green military-style floppy hat with a flag on the front.
