Arrest Made In Salvation Army Store Theft

Posted

An arrest has been made after a theft at a local Salvation Army.

Detectives said they believe 28-year-old William Lewis was the one responsible for taking thousands of dollars in merchandise from the location in La Vergne.

He has been accused of taking the items and then selling them at a fake consignment sale.

Detectives have asked anyone who purchased items at that sale to give them a call, as they're still looking for a second accomplice.
