Blue Angels Resume Practice After Fatal Crash

Posted

The Blue Angels were back in the air practicing for the first time since the death of a fellow pilot.

Captain Jeff Kuss was killed when his plane went down during practice for the Great Tennessee Air Show in Smyrna.

The team’s first training flight Thursday was in a "Big V" formation. That formation included five aircrafts over downtown Pensacola and Pensacola Beach.

The next Blue Angels performance has been scheduled for June 25 and 26 in Vero Beach, Florida.
