Police in Clarksville confirmed one person has been arrested after a body was found on the side of a road.
Authorities said the body was found around 4:34 p.m. Saturday near Tobacco Road on Jack Miller Boulevard.
According to a preliminary investigation, the victim was allegedly hit by a vehicle.
He was identified as 32-year-old Joshua Anthony Hooper, of Clarksville.
Police said they've charged Katisha Sullivan with criminal homicide. She was booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
