A crash along Bear Creek Pike has caused traffic delays for commuters and school bus routes in Maury County.
The incident was reported early Thursday morning on Bear Creek Pike near Tom J. Hitch Parkway in Columbia.
According to Columbia Police, the road could be closed until at least 1 p.m.

Crews were working to clear the scene after a semi hauling lumber crashed and caught fire.
Eastbound traffic was being diverted to Tom J. Hitch and Patterson Drive. Westbound traffic was diverted onto Baker Road.
The crash has also delayed bus routes in the area for Maury County Schools.
