A portion of Interstate 24 West in Montgomery County has reopened after a car struck a guardrail along the roadway.
The incident was reported shortly before 4 a.m. Monday at mile marker 11 in the Sango community.

According to officials, a car hit a guardrail and caused more vehicles, including two tractor trailers, to crash. The wreck scattered debris all along the roadway.
Police said the crash also broke the air-lines on the semi trucks.
Traffic was detoured near Highway 41 A at Highway 76. The roadway reopened shortly before 6 a.m.
