Crews have been called to repair a broken water main in east Nashville.
The break occurred Monday morning off Rosebank Avenue at Sheridan Road, located not far from the Shelby Bottoms Greenway.
Officials on the scene said the leak originated from the main line.
Crews said the rainy weather has saturated the soil, likely causing a shift which may have placed pressure on the pipe.
Multiple crews responded to the scene and are working to slow the leak.
No additional details were known.
