Officials have identified the body of a man recovered from Percy Priest Lake.
Those with the Metro Nashville Police Department identified the victim as 44-year-old Daniel Chapman.
Officials with the Office of Emergency Management said he was on a dock Wednesday at a cookout when he sat in a chair that had been placed too close to the edge.
Chapmen reportedly fell into the water, and he allegedly did not know how to swim. His body was recovered two hours later.
