A local real estate developer was arrested on multiple charges.
According to affidavits, David Chase was taken into custody outside the PastTimes Bar Friday night.
He was charged with possession of a weapon under the influence and two counts of drug possession.
Police responded to the bar shortly before 11:30 p.m. and said Chase was visibly intoxicated.
He was also in possession of several scheduled drugs without a prescription.
Chase was arrested in October 2016 after refusing to leave a downtown strip club and in 2014 on domestic violence charges. The charges from 2014 were dropped in 2015.
In June 2016, a DUI charge he faced from 2014 was also dropped.
