Court resumed with jurors hearing audio recordings from Vandenburg's police interrogation with Det. Jason Mayo.
Vandenburg could be heard saying he didn't know if he and the alleged victim had sex that night because he was "[expletive] up."

Det. Mayo also took the stand for the second day, where he recounted talking to her about what allegedly happened.
"I made arrangements to meet the victim and inform her of what we had just learned," he said.
Mayo said it was in the presence of counselors that he told her she had been sexually assaulted or raped. He described her demeanor as being "pretty shocked" and said she cried.
After a break, Officer Felicia Evans took the stand and discussed evidence that was collected from the room.
