Plumbing issues have forced the early closing of the downtown branch of the Nashville Public Library.
An official with the Nashville Public Library said the Church Street location closed at 11 a.m. Wednesday.
Plumbing problems have reportedly affected the building’s restrooms. However, patrons were encouraged to visit other branch locations.
“We hope to reopen tomorrow morning and will update via social media and our website,” Public Information Officer Emily Covington Waltenbaugh said in a statement.
No fines would be incurred on items due today.
