Edgehill has been in a state of emergency, according to some people in that community.
The "Edgehill Story Project" hosted the "Homes For All Nashville" on Saturday to share the contents of their Metro State of Emergency Report.
The report discussed home sales, property values, racial makeup of homeowners in the neighborhood, and how many people feel they’ve being pushed out.
The group also watched a documentary about gentrification in the neighborhood.
