Police have been investigating at the scene of an armed robbery at a local restaurant.
The incident happened around 7 p.m. Sunday near the Zaxby’s in the 900 block of Bell Road near Mt. View Road.
According to reports, an employee was robbed at gunpoint while on break. He had stopped off nearby on Mt. View Road when the incident happened.
Officials said two suspects were involved, and they got away with the victim's personal belongings.
No injuries were reported, and police had not released a description of the suspects or their vehicle.
