Erin Andrews took the stand for the second day in her $75 million civil case against Marriott, often becoming emotional as attorneys asked her to relive the 2008 incident.
Andrew testified first thing Tuesday morning and discussed the long-lasting effects from the release of the peephole video that her stalker, Michael Barrett, shot of her in the Marriott at Vanderbilt.

She said in the months and years following the video’s release, her career as a sports reporter and personality was "her escape" throughout the ordeal.
"It's the only way I could push forward. I mean you see me up here, the second we start talking about this I start crying, but the second I can talk about sports or 'Dancing with the Stars,' I flip a switch, it's my happiness [and] it's my escape," she explained.
Andrews said she hoped it would help her forget about what happened, but admitted that it didn't.
She also spoke at great length about dealing with her fans today, and how they all know about the video.
"I think the thing that really hits home for me and hurts me the worst is when girls, high school, college, they Tweet me and they say, 'I want to be Erin Andrews, except for the Marriott stalker thing.' And I can't control that, and that's every day," she said.
She talked about all the steps she takes when she checks into hotel rooms now, including meticulously scanning the room for hidden cameras and instantly covering the hotel room peephole.
During cross examination, defense attorneys pointed out that she has been very successful, despite the video release -- getting endorsements from Reebok, Degree antiperspirant, Mountain Dew and Florida Orange Juice, among others.
Andrews admitted that her career has thrived since 2009.
