An escaped prisoner from Florida has been captured in the Mid-State.
Michael Andrew Rotunno somehow got out of a prison transport van down in the Panhandle on Monday.
He was last spotted in Texas where he allegedly stole a truck from a victim in Harrison County, according to authorities, before being arrested in Paris, Tennessee.
It was not clear yet how he was taken into custody.
He was being held awaiting extradition back to Florida.
