A family of four was injured after their van slammed into a Clarksville home.
Officials with Clarksville Police said the incident happened shortly before 8 p.m. Tuesday on Old Russellville Pike, between Warfield Boulevard and Centennial Drive.

A man was driving south in the van when it veered off the road on Old Russellville Pike and struck a brick mailbox.
From there, the vehicle collided with a utility pole and crashed into a home.
One of the children had to be airlifted to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with serious injuries. The man, woman and another child were taken to Gateway Medical Center.
The extent of their injuries was unclear.
