The Nashville Zoo has gotten some much needed help, and not only will it protect the hundreds of animals that live there, it will protect visitors, too.
Firehouse Subs donated a $26,000 emergency ATV to the zoo Wednesday morning.
The ATV came equipped with a water tank, foam tank, hoses, fire extinguisher, AED, and several other live-saving tools.
Representatives with the Nashville Zoo said this will provide the ability to fight fires in areas traditional emergency vehicles can't reach, keeping animals, employees, and guests safe.
