A man working at a food truck was able to fight back against a would-be armed robber.
According to an affidavit from Metro Nashville Police, Romero Wright was trying to rob a taco truck on Murfreesboro Pike in south Nashville Thursday night at gunpoint.
The cashier was able to get the gun away from him and fired a shot.
Wright ran off and was arrested in a Waffle House parking lot nearby.
He was taken into custody and faces a number of charges.
