Posted

The former bassist for the group Three Doors Down has entered a guilty plea in a deadly crash.

Todd Harrell stood accused of vehicular homicide and other charges for a crash two years ago that killed a Nashville man.

Harrell was sentenced to five years that must be served at 30%  for his role in the deadly crash on I-40 near Hermitage that killed a Nashville man two years ago.

He was charged with vehicular homicide and other drug-related charges, and must serve at least two years of the sentence in jail before he's eligible for release.

Harrell will then be on supervised probation for six years after serving his jail time.

Harrell has been living in Nashville under house arrest. He has been scheduled to find out his sentence later in December.
