Officers with the Metro Nashville Police Department investigated an armed robbery in Hermitage.
The robber reportedly entered the Tigermarket convenience store on Lebanon Pike near Andrew Jackson Parkway around 1:00 a.m. Saturday and demanded money. The clerk gave the robber cash from the register before the gunman fled on foot.
Authorities said the gunman was wearing a dark blue "GAP" hoodie, dark skinny jeans, thick sunglasses, and a ball cap. Reports stated he was also carrying a black backpack.
He was described as standing around 5'10'' tall with a very thin build. Authorities said he appeared to be in his late teens.
