The man accused in a drive-by shooting that killed a 13-year-old girl was back in a Wilson County courtroom for a motions hearing.
Joseph Hendry has been charged with first degree murder.
Police said he shot more than a dozen rounds into a home in Lebanon in 2015 hitting 13-year-old C'Asia Watkins in the head while she slept. She passed away three days later.
A court hearing Friday concerned a motion to suppress evidence and get a change of venue.
Both motions were under advisement, and another court date has been scheduled for March.
