A man has been charged after a backpack with wires hanging out of it was found at the Post Office in downtown Nashville.
Ricky Lamont Soward has been facing charges of possessing a hoax hazardous device.
A customer found the backpack late Thursday night.
It did not have any explosives inside, but it was set up to look like it did.
Soward, homeless man, had recently arrived in Nashville.
