A fire has consumed a home in Williamson County.
The fire happened Saturday evening at a home in the 4400 block of Peytonsville Road.

Multiple crews responded to the scene and were able to put the fire out as they continued to work on hot spots in the home.

Officials said the fire was mostly contained to the north end of the home, while the south end sustained smoke damage.
“We did initially a transitional attack where we attack from the outside, knocked it down from the outside, and then we went inside on an offensive attack and took it out from the inside,” Jay Bonson said.
Authorities confirmed there wasn't anyone home at the time. No injures were reported.

Investigators were on the scene to determine the cause.
