A homeowner was able to escape his Percy Priest Lake home after an early morning fire broke out.
The incident was report after 5 a.m. Monday along Sailboat Court.
Officials with the Nashville Fire Department said the blaze was accidental and likely started in the kitchen.
Sky 5 flew over the scene and showed a large hole in the roof of the home.
