As the trial continued involving sports reporter Erin Andrews, information was released regarding the reservation process surrounding the events that led to the videos released of Andrews online.

Thursday, the Vice President for Reservations at Marriott, Renee Buonicontri, took the stand.

Buonicontri spoke about various reservation policies and procedures, including the fact that in 2008, it wouldn't have been required for Marriott front desk staff to notify Andrews if Michael Barrett had requested a room next to hers.

Evidence as also shown of Barrett’s request to room beside Andrews. The electronic filing stated: “GST RQST TO RM NXT TO ERIN ANDREWS.”

Buonicontri added Barrett’s request was logged in the central system but was not transferred to the local hotel.

Andrews’ psychotherapist, Loren Comstock, also took the stand Thursday.

Comstock testified about Andrews’ state of mind and her reaction to the news. She spoke of how Andrews couldn’t get through the day without fear and anxiety, and Comstock added Andrews was constantly checking the internet to see what had been posted and to read comments.

Comstock said, even in 2012, Andrews was still trying to cope.

Andrews told Comstock the online video "made a mockery of her" and added people would no longer take her seriously.

According to Comstock, Andrews was "extremely distressed and humiliated and panicked" following the release of the hotel room video.

Thursday afternoon, the video taken of Andrews in her hotel room was shown in court. Paper was placed on the doors to the courtroom for privacy, and the media and cameras waited in the hall.
