Jury selection has gotten underway for the second Vanderbilt rape case retrial.
Brandon Vandenburg's re-trial has been set to begin Monday in Nashville, but it was decided the jury would be selected from Memphis.
Vandenburg was convicted of raping a female student in a campus dorm, but that verdict was thrown out after the judge declared a mistrial.
Cory Batey's retrial happened in April when he was convicted of raping an unconscious female.
