An out of state fugitive, who was arrested in Nashville in connection with a toddler’s shooting death, is scheduled to be extradited back to Kentucky.
Duwan Mason was taken into custody on December 23 at the Hickory Ridge apartment complex on Hickory Hills Boulevard.
The 29-year-old was charged in Nashville with being a fugitive from justice.
Mason had been wanted since 2014 in the shooting death of 16-month-old Neriah Miller.
He was held on a $250,000 bond and will be extradited back to Kentucky.
