A man has been arrested in Nashville in connection to the shooting death of a 16-month-old girl in Louisville, Kentucky.
Officials said the shooting death of 16-month-old Neriah Miller happened in August 2014. Tuesday evening, those with the U.S. Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force along with SWAT officers took 29-year-old Duwan Mason into custody.
He was arrested at an apartment in the Hickory Ridge complex on Hickory Hills Boulevard.
Officials said Mason was charged in Nashville with being a fugitive from justice.
He was being held in lieu of a $250,000 bond and was awaiting extradition to Kentucky.
