A man has been arrested in connection with a shooting that injured two teenagers.
Officials with Metro Nashville Police said warrants were issued months ago, charging Jaderius Terrell with attempted homicide and domestic violence.
Back in May, two teenagers said Terrell walked up to them near 18th Avenue North and Cass Street.
According to an affidavit, he shot one in the hand and the other in the hip.
The latter victim told police he was on the ground when Terrell stood over him and continued pulling the trigger. However, the gun didn't fire, so he allegedly took off running.
Both victims have since recovered.
Police said one of the victims knew the shooter’s name and identified him in a photo lineup.
Terrell was arrested Wednesday and has reportedly confessed.
