Officials said they were working a non-related call when Brady was seen driving on Dickerson Pike. Authorities said Brady crashed into the back of one of the patrol vehicles.

Police observed that two children, both under the age of five, were inside Brady’s vehicle.

When authorities ran Brady’s license, it came back as revoked. Brady was read his rights. He agreed to a blood draw, but was not able to complete the standard field sobriety tests due to being impaired.

Authorities then ran the vehicle tag and discovered it was stolen.

According to a witness, Brady was seen backing into a vehicle in the 3200 block of Moorewood, causing damage just before the crash involving the patrol car.
