Police say they have arrested a man in the shooting deaths of two people at a Chattanooga home.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said Stephen Mobley turned himself in Wednesday morning after being added to the agency's Top 10 most wanted list.
Mobley is charged with killing 22-year-old Jasmine Hines and 23-year-old Rashaud Taylor on Monday. Police have said a third person was injured in the shooting, but have not released her identity or condition.
Media report that Mobley previously faced charges two other deaths. The reports say he pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter in 2007 in connection to a fatal shooting and went to trial in 2012 in another fatal shooting, but the jury deadlocked.
Online jail records don't show whether Mobley has an attorney.
