A Fentress County man bonded out of jail after being arrested on a rape charge involving a juvenile.
Alvin Rogers from Clarkrange was taken into custody last week.
We previously reported Alvin's sister, Pamela Rogers, made national headlines after being arrested for having a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old student.
The McMinnville PE teacher served time in the case, but after her release, she was caught sending nude photos and texts to the teen.
She was arrested again and served time until 2012.
In June of 2015, she was arrested for a third time for allegedly conspiring with two other inmates to smuggle cell phones into the Tennessee State Prison for Women. She has remained behind bars.
Further details on her brother’s case had not been released.
