A 21-year-old has been charged with aggravated burglary after an incident at an apartment complex.
The complaint came into the Hendersonville Police Department around 8:42 a.m. Monday that the incident had taken place in building 18 at the Williamsburg Apartments.
Authorities said 21-year-old Christopher E. L. Smith was allegedly involved in the aggravated burglary and theft.
He was charged with both, along with possession of drug paraphernalia. Authorities said the property taken from the victim was recovered.
Smith was being held on a $15,000 bond. He has been scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m. on January 11, 2017.
