What happened to Shelley Mook? That's a question people have been asking for five years ever since the young teacher disappeared in Shelbyville.

Her disappearance has been set as the focus of Saturday night's episode of 48 Hours.

Investigator Kevin Keele said no one knows what happened, but he added he believes he knows who’s at fault.

Mook was last seen handing off her daughter to ex-husband Tyler Mook. Her burnt out car was later found in another county.

Now, new details have revealed an attempted murder in Florida may be linked to Shelley's disappearance.

The episode has been scheduled to air Saturday night on 48 Hours starting at 9 p.m. followed by NewsChannel 5 at 10.
