Multiple victims were apparently injured after a motorcyclist allegedly drove into a group of people.
Officials said the incident happened late Sunday night on Claiborne Street.
Cell phone video from the scene was captured just after 10:15 p.m.
Officers blocked off the road as they investigated and medics treated victims at the scene.
The extent of the victims' injuries was unknown, but according to reports, at least three people in the crowd were hurt.
