If you love the outdoors, you might want to head over to the Nashville Boat and Sportshow.

The event starts at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Music City Center and runs until Sunday. This week, organizers are celebrating the show's 30th anniversary.

Earlier in the week, crews began bringing in water vessels ranging from small bass boats and jet skis, to giant houseboats and yachts.

The yearly event draws in thousands from everywhere looking to score a great deal on summer toys.

One of the most popular events each year is the paddle boarding feature. NewsChannel 5 reporter Matthew Torres also got in on the fun:

Some may think it's too early to think about summer, but for boat enthusiasts this is the perfect time to start shopping.

There are plenty of activities for the kids, as well, including training courses for fishing, boating and hunting.

If you want to head out to the show, tickets are $12.
